  • If someone in Canada is helping you with money we need a letter that says they will support you and we need to see their bank statements to know they can afford it.

  • You can also give us tax returns or proof that you own things like a house.
  • You should make a list of what you plan to do in Canada and where you will go.
  • We want to see where you will stay, like a hotel reservation.
  • You should also give us your flight information, like a reservation.
  • If someone in Canada invited you we need a letter from them with their name and contact information.
  • They should say how they know you and how long you will stay with them.
  • We also need to see their passport or immigration papers.
  • We want to know about your job, so give us a letter that says what you do, how much you make, and how long you have been working.
  • If you own a house or rent, we need to see papers that prove it.
